I'm Cait, a DePaul University alum with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising and double minors in Event Planning and Environmental Studies. My academic journey at DePaul gave me a strong foundation in campaign development, media strategy, and editorial storytelling, thanks to immersive coursework and guidance from industry-connected professors. Through projects presented to top PR professionals and CEOs, I gained the confidence and skills needed to thrive in fast-paced agency environments.

I began my professional career in September 2023 as a PR intern at Fallon Public Relations, where I quickly gained hands-on experience in media outreach and client support. After a successful internship, I was promoted to Editorial Project Manager, where I spearheaded editorial pitching initiatives and created FPR’s pitch calendar. Upon graduating, I was promoted again to Editorial Specialist, a role that allowed me to lead Fallon PR’s editorial strategy—developing creative pitches, maintaining media relationships, and driving consistent coverage across our client base.

As of March 2025, I’ve stepped into the role of Manager of Media Relations, overseeing all editorial and media outreach efforts across a dynamic portfolio of clients in the CPG, fashion, and sustainability spaces. I’m passionate about crafting compelling narratives, leading with intention, and fostering meaningful media relationships to elevate brand visibility.

    I attained my Bachelor's degree from DePaul University with a degree in public relations and advertising, and focuses in environmental studies and event planning. Throughout my academic career, the majority of my coursework related to all three disciplines.

  • Led editorial strategy and media outreach for multiple clients, creating timely, trend-driven pitches and building strong relationships with key editors and journalists. Managed pitch calendars, tracked media coverage, and delivered detailed performance reports to inform ongoing strategy. Also supported affiliate marketing, client gifting, and intern mentorship, ensuring cohesive execution across all PR touchpoints.

    July 2024 - Present

    I maintained and grew relationships with editors in esteemed magazines such as Elle, Vogue, The New York Times, and Modern Luxury. Upon being promoted to an editorial specialist, I infused my unique style and personality into client pitches.  Through this role, I have managed a minimum of five clients in which I was pitching weekly/twice weekly depending on the high and low seasons for each clients. Within Fallon PR, I coordinated events at large venues and supervised logistics surrounding events. I also helped managed influencer relations and outreach.

    During this role, I focused on creating captivating pitches tailored for the high-end fashion industry as well as wellness brands. I created and built relationships with esteemed editors in publications that I felt fit for my clients.

I honed my skills in fashion PR, executing strategic communication campaigns, built professional client relationships, and contributed to successful brand initiatives in the dynamic world of fashion and lifestyle.
